 2 cups Odyssey® Greek Yogurt
 1 medium cucumber, peeled and diced small
 3 tbsp fresh garlic, minced
 1 tbsp fresh mint, chiffonade
 2 tbsp fresh dill, minced
 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
 salt & pepper to taste
 ½ cup Odyssey® Feta Cheese
Directions:

Place all ingredients in a bowl and toss until well incorporated.

Serve as a simple salad or grate the cucumber and serve as a sauce accompanying kabobs, grilled lamb or pork chops.
