Air Fryer Jalapeño Poppers

Jalapeños filled with Odyssey Sour Cream, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper.


• 12 large jalapenos, halved lengthwise and seeded
• 6 oz cream cheese, softened
• 2/3 cup Odyssey Sour Cream
• 4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
• ½ lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• ¼ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp pepper
• ¼ cup chives



Preheat oven to 425°. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, spraying with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Air Fry

Spray basket with non-stick cooking spray. Air fry at 350° for 10-15 minutes. 

1. Preheat oven or air fryer and prep pan or basket accordingly.
2. Add cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to a bowl, stirring until thoroughly combined.
3. Spread about 1 tbsp cheese mixture into each half of jalapeno.
4. Bake or air fry according to above directions.
5. Garnish with chives. Serve warm.
