Apple and Crab Canapes

These appetizers will be a crowd pleaser! Yields 16 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 small granny smith apples
  • 16 oz lump crab-meat
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup Odyssey® Greek Sour Cream
  • 2 tbsp tarragon, chopped
  • 2 small shallots, minced
  • 2 tbsp chives, chopped

Directions:

  1. Slice each apple vertically into 8 thin rounds, avoiding the cores.
  2. In a bowl, combine next 5 ingredients; season.
  3. Spoon onto slices, top with chives.
  4. Serve immediately.
