Ingredients:
- 2 small granny smith apples
- 16 oz lump crab-meat
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup Odyssey® Greek Sour Cream
- 2 tbsp tarragon, chopped
- 2 small shallots, minced
- 2 tbsp chives, chopped
Directions:
- Slice each apple vertically into 8 thin rounds, avoiding the cores.
- In a bowl, combine next 5 ingredients; season.
- Spoon onto slices, top with chives.
- Serve immediately.
