- Butter for greasing pan
- Bread crumbs for dusting pan
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 cup Sugar
- Pinch of Salt
- 1, 1/2 cup Flour
- Butter for dotting top of tart
- Sprinkle of Cinnamon
- 6 oz. Odyssey Traditional Feta Cheese, crumbles
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Generously butter a 9″ cake pan, dust with dry bread crumbs to coat sides of pan.
In a small bowl, add eggs, beat well. Add milk, sugar and salt, whisk until blended. Add flour, stir until blended.
Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Layer pear slices on top. Dot with pieces of butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake for 40 minutes and then sprinkle the top with Odyssey® Feta cheese. Bake an additional 10 or until the top is nicely browned.
Let cool for 15 minutes before cutting. Slice and serve warm with vanilla ice cream or dollop of mascarpone cheese.
