Odyssey® Cran-Feta, Brussel Sprout Salad

The perfect summer salad! Yields: 8 servings

  • 3 cups shaved brussel sprouts
  • Odyssey® Cran-Feta Vinaigrette (recipe found on website)
  • 1/4 cup Odyssey® Cranberry-Feta Cheese
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries


  1. Put the brussel sprouts in a serving bowl, and gently toss with approximately 1 cup of vinaigrette (use as much or little of the vinaigrette dressing as you want).
  2. Carefully fold in the cranberry feta and dried cranberries.
  3. Serve immediately.
