Odyssey Greek Yogurt Brownies

It's time to sink your teeth into these Odyssey Greek Yogurt Brownies topped with chocolate ganache. Delicious and simple to make.


  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 4 oz baking chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup Odyssey Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • Chocolate Ganache:
  • 4 oz baking chocolate, chopped
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ tsp vanilla


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9×9 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, add flour, cocoa powder and sea salt; stir to combine.
  3. Add 4oz chopped chocolate to microwave safe bowl with butter. Melt, mixing occasionally.
  4. In a medium size bowl, add chocolate and butter mixture, then add sugar, Greek yogurt and vanilla; stirring to combine. Add eggs and stir until batter is smooth.
  5. Add flour mixture and chocolate chips to chocolate mixture, stirring just until incorporated.
  6. Pour batter into 9×9 pan and bake 20-25 minutes or until the top is just set. Once done, let cool.
  7. Meanwhile, make the ganache by adding heavy cream to a sauce pan over medium-high heat until it starts to bubble (but not boil). Turn off heat and mix in chocolate and vanilla; stirring until the chocolate is all melted. Let cool slightly.
  8. Pour ganache over brownies, spreading evenly. Let ganache firm up before serving (cover and store in refrigerator if needed). Cut and serve, adding ice cream if desired!
