Ingredients
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 4 oz baking chocolate, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup Odyssey Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- Chocolate Ganache:
- 4 oz baking chocolate, chopped
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ tsp vanilla
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9×9 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, add flour, cocoa powder and sea salt; stir to combine.
- Add 4oz chopped chocolate to microwave safe bowl with butter. Melt, mixing occasionally.
- In a medium size bowl, add chocolate and butter mixture, then add sugar, Greek yogurt and vanilla; stirring to combine. Add eggs and stir until batter is smooth.
- Add flour mixture and chocolate chips to chocolate mixture, stirring just until incorporated.
- Pour batter into 9×9 pan and bake 20-25 minutes or until the top is just set. Once done, let cool.
- Meanwhile, make the ganache by adding heavy cream to a sauce pan over medium-high heat until it starts to bubble (but not boil). Turn off heat and mix in chocolate and vanilla; stirring until the chocolate is all melted. Let cool slightly.
- Pour ganache over brownies, spreading evenly. Let ganache firm up before serving (cover and store in refrigerator if needed). Cut and serve, adding ice cream if desired!
