- 3oz Odyssey® Peppercorn Feta Cheese Crumbles
- 2 cups Sprouts
- 1 small Cucumber
- 1/4 cup Odyssey® Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Pita Bread Rounds, cut in half
- 4 Tomato slices
- 4-6oz Grilled Chicken Breast, lamb or beef
- In a medium bowl, stir together peppercorn feta cheese, cucumber, and Greek Yogurt.
- Divide meat and put in bottom of pita bread half. Sprinkle with sprouts. Spoon cheese mixture into each half. Place tomato slice on filling in each bread half.
