Peppercorn Feta Pockets

These Odyssey Peppercorn Feta pockets are a quick easy lunch! Yields 4 servings

  • 3oz Odyssey® Peppercorn Feta Cheese Crumbles
  • 2 cups Sprouts
  • 1 small Cucumber
  • 1/4 cup Odyssey® Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Pita Bread Rounds, cut in half
  • 4 Tomato slices
  • 4-6oz Grilled Chicken Breast, lamb or beef


  1. In a medium bowl, stir together peppercorn feta cheese, cucumber, and Greek Yogurt.
  2. Divide meat and put in bottom of pita bread half. Sprinkle with sprouts. Spoon cheese mixture into each half. Place tomato slice on filling in each bread half.
