Pistachio, Peppercorn Feta Cheese Crostini

These crostini topped with tangy feta, cream cheese and crispy pistachios are the perfect end to the day.

  1. Preheat the broiler.

  2. Combine cheeses and nuts; mix well. Set aside.

  3. Brush both sides of the bread slices with olive oil, and place the bread on the broiling rack. Broil the bread slices, at least 4 inches below the heating element, until lightly browned on both sides, turning once.

  4. Spread each slice with the feta cheese mixture.
