Ingredients:
 2 small, Granny apples
 16 oz crab meat
 ¼ cup fresh lime juice
 ¼ cup Odyssey Reduced Fat Greek Sour Cream®
 2 tbsp tarragon, chopped
 2 small shallots, minced
 2 tbsp chives, chopped
Directions:

Slice each apple vertically into 8 thin rounds (avoiding the cores).
