Ingredients:
 2 cups walnut pieces
 2 packages, purchased salad greens
 2 large red apples
 4 oz Odyssey┬« Feta Cheese
 1 cup honey Dijon dressing
Directions:

Spread walnut pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes in a 350F oven until they begin to smell fragrant.
Remove to paper plate to cool.

Meanwhile, divide the chilled salad greens evenly on 4 chilled plates.
Core, slice, and crop apples into 1/2 inch pieces.
Divide and sprinkle evenly over top of salad greens.
Sprinkle feta cheese and cooled walnuts evenly over apples.
Drizzle entire salad with dressing.
