Yields: 4 servings
½ cup onion, finely chopped
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp ground black pepper
24 oz 80% lean ground chuck
1 lb Odyssey Mediterranean Feta Cheese, sliced
½ cup Greek Sauce
4 hamburger buns
4 oz Odyssey Plain Greek Yogurt
2 tbsp Odyssey Greek Sour Cream
½ cup cucumber, pureed
46 mint leaves, crushed
salt & pepper to taste
In a small bowl, add all ingredients, mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
In a medium bowl, combine onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and pepper, mix together. Add ground chuck; mix well. Shape meat mixture into four 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch thick patties.
Grill burgers on the rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium coals for 10-13 minutes until meat is done (160 degrees F.), turning once halfway through grilling.
Top with Feta cheese and let melt. Place patties on hamburger buns. Serve with Greek sauce.
