In a mixing bowl, add eggs, seasoning, and milk. Whisk.
In a well greased medium skillet over medium heat, pour the egg mixture in the skillet, and swish it around so that a fine layer of egg sticks to the side of the pan.
When omelette is about 70% cooked, add feta, black olives, and green onions on one side only, in a half moon shape.
Fold omelette over and continue to cook minute.
