Zorba the Greek Pizza with Odyssey® Feta

Yields: 6-10 servings

 1 prepared 10-12 inch pizza crust
 pinch of dried oregano
 ½ cup olive oil
 1 lb Odyssey® Traditional Feta Cheese, crumbled
 ½ cup Greek olives
 1 cup shiitake mushrooms
 3 roasted red peppers, sliced
 2 heirloom tomatoes, sliced

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Place prepared pizza crust on baking sheet or baking stone. Sprinkle with oregano.
Top with olive oil, crumbled feta, olives, and sliced tomatoes.


Bake 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and cut into squares.
Serve immediately.

Optional: add artichoke hearts, pepperoni, or grilled egg plant for more variations.
