Ingredients:
- 1 Acorn Squash
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- Cinnamon to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- 8 oz. Odyssey® Traditional Feta Cheese
- 12 tbsp Balsamic Glaze
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- On a cutting board, cut squash in half, remove seeds. In each half, add butter, balsamic vinegar, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Place in a baking dish and bake 1 hour or until tender. Remove squash from oven, sprinkle with feta cheese.
Serve immediately.
