Harissa and Feta Pita Wedges

Odyssey Plain Greek Yogurt and Feta Cheese, make these the perfect light snack. Yields: 16 servings

  • 1/3 cup Odyssey Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp harissa sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup Odyssey Feta Cheese
  • 16 toasted pita triangles or pita chips
  • 16 cilantro leaves


  1. In medium bowl, combine yogurt, harissa sauce, and lemon juice; mix well. Stir in Feta cheese. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  2. Spread cheese mixture on chips and top each with cilantro leaf.
