Ingredients
- 1 refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on box
- 1 lb fresh strawberries, stemmed and sliced into 1/4-inch thick slices
- 2 tbsp Odyssey Traditional feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tsp freshly grated jalapeño, outer skin only (no seeds)
- 2 tbsp honey
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Carefully unroll pie crust; place on center of prepared cookie sheet. Arrange sliced strawberries over pie crust, overlapping strawberries so no crust is visible underneath. Leave a 1-inch border around the edges. Fold edge of pie crust over strawberries, forming pleats.
- Bake on middle oven rack for 25-35 minutes or until crust is golden. Cool before sprinkling feta over the top, followed by grated jalapeño. Finish with a drizzle of honey. Slice into 6 equal-size portions.
