Cake Ingredients
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- 1 cup Odyssey® Labneh
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Streusel Topping Ingredients
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
Glaze Ingredients
- ¼ cup Odyssey® Labneh
- 1 tbsp butter, softened
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° Prepare two 9” round pans or one 9”x13” cake pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Cream together butter, labneh, sugar and eggs.
- In a separate bowl, combine milk and vanilla. Add to labneh mixture, stirring well to combine.
- Sift dry ingredients together and then add to labneh mixture, stirring well to combine.
- Spoon mixture into pan(s).
- Mix together streusel ingredients and sprinkle over cake mixture. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes (9” pan) or 35 minutes (9×13 pan).
- Once cake has cooled slightly, drizzle with glaze.
