Ingredients
- 2 cups hummus
- Drizzle of olive oil
- Sprinkle of paprika
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup cucumber, diced
- 2-3 pepperoncini peppers, diced
- ¼ cup red onion, diced
- ¼ cup kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
- 1/3 cup Odyssey Feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp pine nuts, toasted
- Optional herbs: fresh dill, fresh mint, fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
- Spread hummus on platter using the back of a spoon. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
- Top hummus with tomatoes, cucumber, pepperoncini peppers, red onion, olives, feta cheese and pine nuts.
- Garnish with herbs. Serve with lavash bread, pita chips, crackers and/or veggies.
