Loaded Hummus Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups hummus
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • Sprinkle of paprika
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup cucumber, diced
  • 2-3 pepperoncini peppers, diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • ¼ cup kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
  • 1/3 cup Odyssey Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts, toasted
  • Optional herbs: fresh dill, fresh mint, fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

  1. Spread hummus on platter using the back of a spoon. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
  2. Top hummus with tomatoes, cucumber, pepperoncini peppers, red onion, olives, feta cheese and pine nuts.
  3. Garnish with herbs. Serve with lavash bread, pita chips, crackers and/or veggies.
